Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing and using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our website and services.
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Services

  • Doc IT Solution provides digital services including web design & development, mobile app development, and UI/UX design.
  • The scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing of each project are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Project Agreement signed by both parties.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or terminate services at our discretion, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms.
  • Timelines are estimates and subject to change based on client responsiveness, scope changes, and third-party dependencies.

Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules are outlined in the individual project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work commences.
  • Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of work until the outstanding balance is settled.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST, VAT), which will be added where required by law.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund & Policy — please review it separately.

Intellectual Property

  • Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work created exclusively for the client (designs, code, content) becomes the client's property.
  • Doc IT Solution retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, libraries, and tools used in delivering your project remain the property of their respective owners.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use any materials, assets, or content you provide solely for the purpose of completing your project.

Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information, feedback, and approvals required to complete the project.
  • Delays caused by failure to provide required materials or approvals may affect project timelines and incur additional charges.
  • You confirm that any content, images, or materials you provide do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own systems and accounts.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doc IT Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
